Return Policy
Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. Custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
To return any product, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below:
Please note: Returned product is expected to be in new condition. Just as you expect a quality product to be delivered to you, we expect the same quality product returned. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full 100% refund and will be adjusted accordingly. Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Damaged Orders and Missing Items
It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival.
Any damage from shipping, must be reported to us with pictures and email to chanyhomedecor@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your product in order for a shipping claim to be processed.
Please notify us of missing items within the first 3 business days of receiving your product and we will ship replacement part soon. For the demage/missing report after 30 days,customer need to bear shipping cost for re-shipment
